Mongolia
Ah yes, the motherland of my future children. Ok, according to the future mother of those children China will still count as the motherland (if you don't know what I'm talking about, then you don't know my girlfriend). But anyway, Mongolia has always had a bit of a mystical appeal in my mind, and on my very very short first excursion into the most sparsely populated country in the world I feel my affection and interest in 'the motherland' has definitely increased. I'll just have to make sure my next journey to Mongolia lasts a little longer than the three days (most of which was spent on trains) I spent there on this past visa run (fortunately and very unintentionally it just happened to coincide with the largest festival of the year in Mongolia: Naadam!).
