Chen's Birthday Party

My classmate Chen had a crazy karaoke party for his 17th birthday (I'm guessing at the number... he wouldn't tell me his real age). My friend Roy from Hawaii was in town on his first trip to China, so I figured I'd show him how people in Communist countries celebrate birthdays. Roy and I were a smashing success singing 'Unchained Melodies' together. The room was lit horribly and not conducive to bouncing flash, so the light in the shots is very hard. Chen said that's ok though because he was too that night. As if you couldn't guess from the pictures.
